Heading for the IEEE 2023 International Conference on Big Data for our PhD student Zineb Ziani!
Find out more about his research, his expertise and his scientific publication at tomorrow’s IEEE Big Data 2023 international conference in Sorrento.
𝗤𝘂𝗶 𝗲𝘀-𝘁𝘂?
My name is Zineb, I graduated from Grenoble INP – Ensimag as an R&D engineer in applied mathematics specializing in Data Science. In Data Science, I have a preference for the world of NLP – Natural Language Processing.
𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗱’𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲? 𝗤𝘂’𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝘂 𝗲́𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀?
So I’m an R&D engineer, a researcher specializing in Data Science and I’m working on the convergence of AI and HPC.
𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀?
I am currently working on a PhD thesis on anomaly and meneces detection in cybersecurity using the convergence of AI and HPC with NUMERYX and UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines under the supervision of Pr.
Nahid Emad and Ahmed Abdelkader Bouaziz
𝗤𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝘂𝘅-𝘁𝘂 𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲?
“So as not to pre-empt D-Day (tomorrow) and the exact revelation of my research, I can give you the following:
The team of researchers Numeryx is working with are studying a new intelligent and parallel approach that has been implemented. It concerns the detection of threats and vulnerabilities. For the rest, see you tomorrow, I’m obliged to keep some mystery, unfortunately for this post”.
We understand that it’s not possible to spoiler for Zineb at D-1 hour for hour, so we’ll see you right here to find out more!
𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝗶 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀-𝘁𝘂 𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱?
My aim is to continue along the same research path, i.e. anomaly detection with AI/HPC convergence.
𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝘂𝘅 𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘅?
My research is useful for the development of current and future Numeryx security products! They will help us improve the level of security offered by Numeryx technologies to “go faster, go further, and be even more robust”.
Now it’s on to 2024 with a new IEEE conference on Zineb’s research?
A big thank you to you Zineb for your involvement with Numeryx, for your work that advances science and cybersecurity, and for this interview!
We’ll be back here soon to talk about what’s next for you and your research.
